Non-Refundable Policy

This Non-Refundable Policy ("Policy") is applicable to all coaching and consulting services AND courses provided by Liam Pierce Ltd. Co., doing business as Liam Pierce Coaching ("Company"), a South Carolina company, to its clients ("Clients").

1. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to all fees paid to the Company for coaching and consulting services and courses. Once the payment is processed, it is deemed to be "Non-Refundable".

2. Non-Refundable Fees

All payments made to the Company for coaching and consulting services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, installment payments, down payments, and full payments for coaching and consulting services and courses.

3. Cancellation by Client

If a Client cancels an appointment or chooses to discontinue services for any reason, the Client will not be entitled to a refund for any fees paid in advance. The Company at its sole discretion may apply such pre-paid fees to future services.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice to the Company. If a Client fails to give 48 hours' notice, the Client will not be entitled to a refund or a rescheduling of the appointment.

5. Termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to terminate or refuse services to any Client for any reason. If the Company terminates services, the Client will not be entitled to a refund for any fees paid in advance.

6. Changes to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any modifications to this Policy will be posted on the Company's website, and will become effective immediately upon posting.

7. Acknowledgement

By paying for the Company's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Non-Refundable Policy.
