Non-Refundable Policy

This Non-Refundable Policy ("Policy") is applicable to all coaching, courses, and consulting services provided by Liam Pierce Ltd. Co., doing business as Liam Pierce Coaching ("Company"), a South Carolina company, to its clients ("Clients").

1. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to all fees paid to the Company for one-on-one coaching and consulting services. Once the payment is processed, it is deemed to be "Non-Refundable".

2. Non-Refundable Fees

All payments made to the Company for coaching and consulting services are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, registration fees, installment payments, down payments, and full payments for coaching and consulting services.

3. Cancellation by Client

If a Client cancels an appointment or chooses to discontinue services for any reason, the Client will not be entitled to a refund for any fees paid in advance. The Company at its sole discretion may apply such pre-paid fees to future services.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice to the Company. If a Client fails to give 48 hours' notice, the Client will not be entitled to a refund or a rescheduling of the appointment.

5. Termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to terminate or refuse services to any Client for any reason. If the Company terminates services, the Client will not be entitled to a refund for any fees paid in advance.

6. Changes to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any modifications to this Policy will be posted on the Company's website, and will become effective immediately upon posting.

7. Acknowledgement

By paying for the Company's services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Non-Refundable Policy.

9. Subscription Services

This section of the Policy pertains to all subscription-based services, including, but not limited to, access to The Break Free Vault, which provides clients ("Subscribers") with online courses, webinars, and other digital content ("Subscription Services").

10. Free Trial Period

If offered, Subscribers may cancel their subscription within the free trial period without incurring charges. The cancellation must be made before the trial period ends to avoid being charged for the first billing cycle.

11. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy for Subscription Services

Subscribers may cancel their subscription to The Break Free Vault within 24 hours of the initial purchase or any renewal period to receive a full refund of the subscription fee for that billing cycle. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund for that billing cycle, but the subscription will not renew for the subsequent billing cycle.

12. Managing Your Subscription

Subscribers are responsible for managing their subscription, including cancellation or renewal, through their account settings on The Break Free Vault platform or by contacting customer support at [email protected].

13. Changes to Subscription Services

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Subscription Services at any time, with or without notice. In the event of a substantial modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Subscription Services, subscribers will be notified and given the option to cancel their subscriptions.

14. Termination by the Company

The Company reserves the right to terminate a subscription and revoke access to The Break Free Vault for any Subscriber who violates the terms of service or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Company. In such cases, the Subscriber will not be entitled to a refund for any prepaid subscription fees.

15. Acknowledgement

By subscribing to The Break Free Vault, Subscribers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this 24-Hour Cancellation Policy for Subscription Services, in addition to the general Non-Refundable Policy.
